Enter your rental details including pickup/return dates, location, and delivery method. Provide customer information (supports guest checkout for unregistered users). Choose your payment method via Paystack. Review your booking summary including pricing, insurance options, and additional services.
Process secure payment through Paystack. Receive instant booking confirmation via email and SMS. Your booking status is set to PENDING. A VehicleHandover record is automatically created to track your rental from start to finish.
Coordinate with the vendor to schedule your pickup or delivery appointment. Choose between customer pickup at the vendor location or delivery to your specified address. Confirm the scheduled date, time, and location details.
Complete comprehensive vehicle inspection: document odometer reading, fuel level, and vehicle condition (exterior, interior, mechanical). Take photos for documentation. Review and sign rental agreement and pickup checklist. Once completed, your booking status changes to ACTIVE and the rental period begins.
During the rental period, the vehicle is in your care. Access 24/7 customer support for any questions or emergencies. Follow all rental terms and conditions. Keep the rental agreement and contact information accessible at all times.
Contact the vendor to schedule your return appointment. Initiate the return process through the system. Confirm the return date, time, and location. Ensure the vehicle is clean and in good condition before return.
Complete final vehicle inspection: record final odometer reading and fuel level. Document any changes in vehicle condition. Calculate additional charges (mileage overage, fuel, damage, etc.). Review and sign return documents. Your booking status changes to COMPLETED.
